MINOVA Model 2.1 is a hot wire cutting machine designed specifically for professional cutting of insulation materials, including insulation boards made of polystyrene, expanded polystyrene foam, and extruded polystyrene foam.
The 220W air-cooled power supply allows for extended use without overheating. Compared to the 200W transformer, it is lighter, safer, and more durable. The cutting depth has been increased to 400mm, and the stopper bar allows for setting the cutting depth, enabling fast and repeatable cuts on various rigid foam boards.
It is lightweight and easy to operate, featuring a scaffolding support plate for safe cutting on scaffolding, as well as two posts for vertical wall-mounted use.
The high-quality nickel-chromium copper alloy cutting wire is durable, efficient, and resistant to deformation. The 10 cutting wires are sufficient for use on multiple construction sites.
Cutting shapes include Rectangle Cut, Bevel Cut, Ladder-shaped Triangle Cut, Groove Cut, Step Cut, and Side Groove Cut, meeting the cutting requirements for most material shapes.
